1、What is mnemonic?
The mnemonic consisting of 12 words is your private key, which is the only way for the holder to retrieve the assets. Even if you lost a depositing computer or your digital wallet is malfunctioning, the mnemonic phrase can help you regain BSV assets and transaction records. DotWallet does not keep the record of your mnemonics, so you have to retrieve or restore mnemonics yourself. DotWallet web app and DotWallet pro are two different terminals. You have to back up two sets of mnemonics separately. Make sure you back up the mnemonics as soon as you sign up and keep them properly. Please don't share your mnemonic with anyone. Otherwise, the assets may be irretrievable!

3、How to import mnemonic words. (available in DotWallet Pro only)
DotWallet Pro supports importing mnemonics of any BSV wallet to restore the assets. The service of importing mnemonic of BTC and ETH in the DotWallet system is unavailable for now. You have to wait for a while after importing the mnemonic. If the asset has not been restored more than two hours after importing, please contact customer service.
